Swarovski is of course known for crystal glass, jewelry, rhinestone and watches and as Swarovski Optik they also produce optical instruments such as telescopes and binoculars. I was happy to provide my Zen Fox photo for their beautiful calendar.

“I have always had a love for animals at ease and I like them best when they take me for a harmless piece of furniture and just continue their natural behavior, as if I weren’t there. During a beautiful sunset in my favorite nature area in the Netherlands, I stumbled upon this relaxing fallow deer buck (Dama dama), while mosquitoes danced avidly around its head. It didn’t seem disturbed by them nor by me though and while the deer enjoyed its peaceful moment, I relished witnessing this calming scene, so beautifully colored by the golden our glow. “
